Lance's Reflection (Week starting 22 Mar 2010)

Asking students to post their thoughts on what is good and bad customer service in a consolidated blog is a good and need idea. This beats students posting in their individual blogs where the teacher will have a difficult time searching for the post.

We are craking our heads now defining the Lesson Objectives for our Customer Service lesson. ;P

Lance's Reflection (Week starting 15 Mar 2010)

Our group had a much clearer idea on what to do for our group assignment. We would cover EBS Customer Service and had most of the requisite materials such as worksheets, video clips and ppt slides. The question is how to plan the lesson in a most effective manner utilizing the affordances of ICT to pique the interests of NT students in this topic.

eBlogger (Gin Toh)

Hi guys,
As the lesson plan will cover 2 sessions of EBS over 2 weeks, let's get them to contribute to a common blog over the week on their favourite retail services and their reason why.
It can be part of their formative assessment yea?

Reflection 2 - Esther

Need to:
1) Think about how to incorporate Lance's & Gin's materials into the lesson.
2) And how to incorporate any other ICT tools for the lesson.
3) Put all these ideas into the lesson template (on google docs)
